"Jo is a great Pilates instructor, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. If anyone has health issues, Jo always takes great care to modify the exercises, in order to help with any discomfort that they might be feeling. I have had many recommendations over the years from Jo, particularly how to manage back pain, and the pelvic floor etc… and all have proven to be very helpful. After 10 years of classes with Jo Pilates has helped with my flexibility, and core strength. Pilates also has aspects of mindfulness and again I feel that is has helped to improve my breathing and concentration."
